fantastic stay!

The lobby boasts an upscale design, something i noticed immediately. The rooms were very clean. The beds provided great comfort. I found the staff to be nice and check-in was easy.
The valet parking cost of fifty dollars each day did feel a bit much. It's a detail i wish was slightly lower. i think it's important to point that out.

Solid Downtown Stay

The valet parking was easy to find. I appreciated that. The room was spacious, and it lacked any unpleasant odors which was great! The location was also very convenient. I liked the glass elevators a lot, they added a unique touch to the experience.
During check-in, I requested an upgrade but the agent didn't look into it and just refused. This was slightly disappointing. I hoped for a more positive response.

Shower gel had a good smell. I thought this was a good aspect of the room.
The hotel, in general, has seen better days. Restaurants and shops on the 3rd and 4th floors were mostly closed. Only a bar was open. There were no shops nearby to buy water.
